Question 6 has 2 correct answers. It says it is wrong to pass a school bus, with flashing red lights, if you are on the other side of a divided highway. Page 14 in the driver handbook reads that is ok to pass on the other side of a divided highway.

Please can you check the answer to this question. The FLHSMV.GOV site states that a driver does NOT need to stop if the school bus has its flashing red lights and stop arm deployed on the OTHER SIDE of a divided highway.(Section 316.17(2)Florida Statutes)

IN THE DMV HANDBOOK FOR 2017 SAYS YOU MUST STOP FROM EITHER DIRECTION UNTIL THE LIGHT COMES OFF BUT YOU DON'T NEED TO STOP IF THE BUS IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF A DIVIDEDMULTI LANE HIGHWAY(2 OR MORE LANES IN EACH DIRECTION)PAGE 13 CALIFORNIA DRIVER
