The correct answer is 0.08%

no its not .08 for this question its 02. above .01% for anyone under the age of 21.

I see somebody need to study a lot more the answer is 0.2 if you under 21 and if you 21 is 0.8 duh

Technically if your under 21 it .01% or higher but there sometime the answer doesn't show then the closest is .02% or higher not .1 or .2. If your 21 or older it .08% or higher

I see somebody needs to pay attention, because the question says, "if under 21" not if you're 21 and older. I'm pretty sure she knows the rules of intoxication when it's asking about 21 and older.
