1. If you are involved in a traffic collision, you are required to complete and submit a written report (SR1) to the DMV:

A. Only if you or the other driver is injured.

B. If there is property damage in excess of $750 or if there are any injuries.

C. Only if you are at fault.

Bad question.The 2012 GA Driver's Manual says, "Notify the nearest law enforcement agency immediately if anyone is injured or killed, or if property damage exceeds $500.00."

MA manual says:"Within five days of the event, you must complete and file an accident report with both the RMV and the local police department. You must report any crash in which there has been $1,000 or more of property damage."

It is still wrong answer

This is supposed to be a Florida test. In this case, if there are injuries, or damage to the extent that the car has to be towed away, the police write the report. Otherwise the driver does. I just guessed and got it right. Its still wrong, though.
